WHY A PROBATE SPECIALIST
Probate is different.
Probate sales involve legal timelines, family decisions, paperwork, and emotional stress that most traditional sales don't. As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, I help families avoid costly mistakes and move forward with confidence.
Many of the families I work with are handling this for the first time, often while grieving and juggling other responsibilities. My job is to take the real estate part off your plate so you can focus on your family.

My probate story
A PERSONAL NOTE
Probate became a part of my story after one of my greatest losses.
What followed was a process that felt unfamiliar, emotional, and at times overwhelming. There were forms to complete, questions to answer, and difficult decisions to make about things connected to someone I loved deeply.
Today, I help families navigate the real estate side of the probate process with compassion, patience, and clear communication.
